Woodside House is a self-catering facility (not a Bed & Breakfast). This means that you rent the entire house and you have access to all the facilities including bedrooms, parlors, study, commercial kitchen, laundry room, outside grounds (including deck and outdoor grill). Your rental also includes free unlimited long distance calling within the US. This arrangement in designed for discerning groups and families who prefer the comfort and convenience of a large, luxurious country manor over an ordinary hotel room. It is also very conveniently located three miles from the VIR.

Daily Rate: $500 (two night minimum stay on weekends)
NC Sales tax of 6.75%
There is a $50 per stay cleaning fee.

A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. At the time of your arrival this becomes a damage deposit and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection, about a week after you check out.

Weddings, parties and other events are $1,200. Lower rates may be available for events that do not occur on a weekend (Thurs - Sun).
